A former pro hockey player who found his game on the water.

Jacob Coyle brings an athlete’s work ethic to one of the biggest purchases of his clients’ lives. After a career in college and professional hockey, he graduated summa cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Hospitality Management and joined MarineMax in 2015.

Since then he has earned ten straight Chairman’s Circle designations as one of MarineMax’s top performers. When MarineMax named its first group of Aquila specialists in 2017, Jacob was in it, and power catamarans have been the heart of his business ever since. Today he sells new Aquila and Ducari power catamarans, represents brokerage buyers and sellers across every major brand, and works with clients on new Azimut, Galeon, Boston Whaler, Cruisers Yachts, Sea Ray, and Saxdor.

He is also the author of The First‑Time Power Catamaran Buyer’s Guide, written so buyers can walk in educated and close with confidence.

Jacob lives in Florida with his wife and three daughters, and the family spends as much time on the water as they can.
